We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order with us we will provide an estimate of costs and time frames depending on the product type and volume you order. This is an estimate and as such these are subject to variations but we will notify you via email with regard to any variation.
International orders can be subject to export and import fees and duties and there may be an additional charge levied at you at the point of delivery. We will endeavour to discuss international delivery details with you prior to dispatch so that you are aware of any additional charges (if applicable). If you are not entirely satisfied with our delivery options, you can either arrange for the goods to be collected from us via your own carrier and at your own cost or you have the right to cancel you order and receive a refund in full.
We take great pride and care in producing goods to a high standard and we strive to ensure that all goods that leave our studio are perfect in every way. However, sometimes things can go slightly awry and things do slip through the net from time to time, especially during extremely busy periods. If you need to return any item because of a fault or it may have been damaged in transit please do contact us first to let us know what has gone wrong. We're always happy to help and we will endeavour to keep you smiling at all times.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you would prefer, we will exchange the faulty goods at no cost to yourself and in good time.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
